RULES & REGULATIONS
Parking
Only (1) one car per unit is allowed in the parking lot. There are 44 units in the Towers and only 44 parking spaces. To avoid being towed from the lot, please use only one space and be sure to display current parking pass. Please park between the lines. Violations of the preceding will result in cars being towed at owner's expense and risk. There is additional parking on the street, available 24 hours a day, free of charge. The Towers does not provide luggage carts.
Handicap Accessibility
The Harrington Towers is not ADA compliant.
Swimming Pool Rules
THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.
Anyone 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
No diving.
No glass containers allowed in pool area.
No rafts or bodyboards allowed in the pool.
No running, pushing, shoving, or other horseplay allowed.
Pool lounges are not to be removed from the pool area.
Sand is to be rinsed off persons, rafts, chairs, etc. at the shower located at the pool entrance, prior to entering the building or the pool area.
Swimming Pool Hours
The swimming pool is open from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through the Sunday of Sunfest weekend. The 2021 dates of operation will be May 29th - October 3rd.
The pool hours are 9AM - 6PM daily, weather permitting.
Trash
There are trash chutes at the south end of the walkway on each floor. The trash chutes will not accommodate items larger than a standard kitchen-size trash bag. If the disposal of larger items is needed, please contact Ocean City Bulk Trash at 410-524-0318.
General Rules
Please do not hang anything on the railings. This includes towels and clothing.
The fire marshall requires clear access to the units at all times. Please refrain from putting large items in the walkways, including beach equipment.
Tenants are not permitted to have pets in the units.
No cooking on balconies (City Ordinance).
Do not flush articles such as baby diapers, sanitary napkins, paper towels, etc. down the toilet.
Excessively loud noise is prohibited at all times (City Ordinance). The playing of stereos is not permitted on balconies or grounds of the building between the hours of 11PM and 9AM.
The feeding of birds and throwing of articles from the balconies is prohibited.
Elevators are not to be held on floors.
We want your children to enjoy their stay at the Towers, but children are not allowed to play in the elevators, lobby, stairwells, corridors, or garage. Thank you for your understanding.
